As a body-centered psychotherapist and AASECT certified sex therapist, I help clients navigate sexual and relationship challenges through mind-body integration. My approach, informed by personal therapy experiences and EMDR training, addresses physical, mental, and emotional aspects of healing.

My practice embraces a sex-positive perspective, exploring various facets of sexuality and relationships. I partner with clients to reach their goals, focusing on embodying and listening to their true selves.

Working with couples in Los Angeles has become a passion. I believe learning to trust, love, and play with a partner is both daunting and deeply rewarding. My insights come not only from ongoing professional development but also from my 26-year relationship with my partner.
